On a daily basis I build multi-variable prediction models that integrate different kind of genomic and non-genomic data.
I gained a PhD in statistical genetics from Kings College, London, before which I pursued a MSc in developmental neuroscience at University College London and Yale University.
My background is in interdisciplinary research including quantitative genomics, epidemiology, psychiatry and cognitive science, applied to high dimensional genome-phenome data. I enjoy the challenge of applying and developing methods across different disciplines.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling and hiking.BACK TO TEAM PAGE
