Dr. Eva Krapohl

I develop statistical prediction and inference models that integrate different levels of genomic data to investigate the links between genetic variation and disease.

I’m a statistical geneticist by training, with an interest in cross-discipline method development. My scientific publication record spans different areas of genetic epidemiology and quantitative genetics.

During my PhD (King’s College London), I specialised in the development of multi- variable prediction models, applied to high dimensional genome-phenome data. Before that, I pursued a MSc in developmental neuroscience (University College London & Yale University).

In my spare time I enjoy travelling and hiking.
