As part of the Precision Health Team, I develop and apply methods to improve complex disease prediction in both European and non European populations using genomic data.

I am a statistical geneticist with focus on polygenic risk score methods. For my PhD at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (King’s College London), I investigated the predictive properties of polygenic risk scores across cognitive, behavioural, and neuropsychiatric traits. I also specialised on within-family genomic analysis to estimate the effects of gene-environment correlation in complex trait prediction.

I spend a lot of my evenings on the yoga mat. Other interests of mine are ceramics (getting creative on the potters wheel!) and exploring new parts of the world.
